Accessing Purchase Bills

Step 1: Go to Purchase → Bills

Interface Breakdown

  • Bill Table: Bill number, vendor, PO, amount, status
  • Action Buttons: Add, edit, delete, export

Creating a Bill

  • Click Add Bill
  • Select:
    • Vendor
    • Linked PO
    • Items auto-filled from PO
    • Payment Terms
    • Due Date
  • Click Save

Tracking Payments

  • Status tags: Unpaid, Partially Paid, Paid
  • Click the bill row to view the payment history

Exporting Bills

  • Click Export Bills
  • Choose format and fields

Mobile Usage

  • Add and track bills via mobile
  • Tap to view payment status

Important Notes

  • Link bills to POs for audit trail

Accessing Inventory
